When you order: your name, email, phone number, and delivery address. When you book an eye test: your name, contact details, preferred store and time.

We do not collect or store card numbers on this website. Payment is arranged separately by bank transfer or DuitNow.

Prescription and clinical records are taken in store and held under our optometry practice records, not on this website.

To fulfil your order, arrange collection or delivery, confirm appointments, and handle returns or warranty claims.

To contact you about your order. We only send marketing if you ask us to.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Order records are kept for seven years to meet Malaysian tax and accounting requirements. Enquiry records are kept for two years.
