Terms of sale

Buying from this website means you accept these terms. The seller is Visionhaus Holding Sdn Bhd (201001039258).

All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Visionhaus Holding Sdn Bhd is not registered for Sales and Service Tax, so no SST is added at checkout and none is charged.

Frame prices do not include prescription lenses. Lenses are quoted separately once your prescription and lens options are confirmed, in store or by WhatsApp.

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and receive payment. We hold your frames for 48 hours from the time you place the order.

If a frame turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

We currently accept bank transfer and DuitNow. We send the details with your order reference by email and WhatsApp. Card and FPX checkout will be enabled once the merchant account is live.

Every frame we sell is sourced through the brand's authorised channel. Warranty is handled through us as an authorised retailer.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.
