Delivery & collection

We deliver across West Malaysia. Orders are dispatched within one working day and typically arrive in two to four working days.

Delivery is a flat RM 10.00, and free on orders over RM 300.00.

East Malaysia and international delivery are quoted case by case — message us before you order.

Choose collection at checkout and pick your store. We will message you when it is ready, usually within one to two working days.

Collection is always free, and it is the option we recommend — it means we can fit and adjust the frame on your face before you leave.

You will receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Frames are held for 48 hours from the time you place your order. If payment has not reached us by then, the frames go back into stock.
